This is the harsh reality of people born without a soul." These are individuals devoid of all sense of compassion and love. Raccoons are brilliant and maternal and to themselves – and was merely eating food tossed into garbage, taken for granted by spoiled humans, that think more about eating and the type of phone they possess , then if they have a properly aligned soul or rudimentary intelligence. This is beyond depravity. It was cruel, insidious , and unkind and moreover – deliberate. Thus, the law needs to be harsh and to the full extent, in order to render an example of what , not to do as a human being!
