Thank you Susan for your fashion show on the cat walk, I am not very good with dressing up, I never have been, having love for ourselves is the key, something I’ve not grown up with. However I’m learning, it’s a little late but worth a try.
@marybayne4150
YOU ARE SO INSPIRING. THANK YOU❤

I have a great AP on my phone called “I Am”.
It presents wonderful affirmations on my screen throughout the day or whenever I choose. It helps my thinking stay on track and keeps negativity from sneaking in.

I so so needed this message today…
@rosannadana2922
Also with D3 supplements you need Vitamin K2 that pushes the vitamin into the cell. Magnesium is needed to..Ive learned that from lot docs last few years and that D3 alone while needed can harm…had no clue that either…different mechanisms of action..
@ookeypaloolie
I’m a week late watching this video and you struck a chord with me for sure. Lovely clothes Susan you are one elegant lady 😊
@SuperGreycloud
My anxiety is through the roof.
@Sentimentalist0923
How much vitamin D does your Dr recommend? I was taking 5000IU daily and became over saturated. My Dr said I was almost toxic and a good candidate for kidney stones:( so I’m not taking any for a few months (his advice). There are many videos about how much to take, so I’m really confused.
@Jakestooloud
Thanks for the invite to your channel today! You said I wasn't your target audience, but I still learned a few things from watching your latest content! I'm 34, and when she walked away I turned to my coworker and said, "Damn, she was Hot!" It's not just the clothes! Your confidence, demeanor, and lovely conversation! Thanks for stopping by to say hi, I felt seen!
@Sheheart3
Thank you Susan. Sharing your experiences is such a helpful thing. Women share similar experiences and it helps to know that we’re ok, strong and resilient. ❤😊

From the outside I appear to have it together. I moved recently to help my parents who are both 88 and are divorced so two homes to take care of. My friends have moved out of California during the awful Unnecessary shutdowns during Covid, I am single and have never been so isolated in my life. I have no anxiety, just severe sadness and disappointment that my life has diminished so drastically. I'm resigned to it I guess, I had no idea I was giving up my life.
@RieH71
Give it to God. ❤️😊

I love the Autumn leaves & Spring, love sitting on my seat & finding a new flower or more 🌹 roses. We are in spring, not that you would think with 30 degrees expect. Hate summer when temperatures can reach 40 & always the threat off bushfires.
Your right about owning wool cashmere I have a full length coat & a jacket. Have had them for years & they never go out of style.
I’ve learnt to accept the bad moments as I KNOW IT WILL PASS. I had a.terrible restless night, was so anxious, I can’t remember now why. I know because last night was bad but DOESN’T been that tonight will be the same.
I can’t thank you enough for your encouragement & yes wisdom. I’ve just turned 73 2 weeks ago. I have learnt that I will keep on learning. Blessings Love to you & Desi, also your family & of course not forgetting Hal. When is Hal coming to visit? Would love to see a whole video off what the two of you do. Especially your Op Shopping 🛍 Lynne 🇦🇺🐨👋🏻♥️💙♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I started my vitamin D today. Fall is beautiful here in Michigan but when winter comes and it's long I get down so I start the D now. I also walk every day that I can I just love it and I'm still trying to hold on to my part-time job. I am reading a devotional called Jesus Calling it brings comfort to me it helps with the uncertainty of life that comes to all of us.
@Ana-Maria-Sierra
I was diagnosed with thyroid issues in 2006, after years of symptoms. A year or 2 later I developed pain attacks. I’m a psychologist and a therapeutic yoga educator who had helped many children and adults with anxiety. A friend pointed out that I could help myself better than anyone. So, here is my simple and effective list of things you can do to reduce or eliminate anxiety. 1-Eat a healthy diet. 2-Drink plenty of water. 3-Eliminate caffeine from your diet. If it’s difficult for you to stop, do so gradually and don’t drink more than 1 6-8oz cup daily of coffee and nothing after 12pm. Then eventually introduce decaffeinated coffee or herbal tea. Green tea in the morning is the best. 4-Walk (not run) 20 mins daily. You can break it up into a couple of walks. 5-Meditate for 10 mins daily. Start out with 5 mins and build up to 10. If you eventually want to do so longer that works too. But it’s far better to meditate for 5-10 mins daily than for an hour weekly. Meditation is like “recess for the mind,” as I used to tell the kids. We all need to pause and clear out the debris everyday. 6-Remember to practice gratitude and to focus on the joy in life. Yes, life is a struggle, but there is also beauty and there is humor in the absurdity of it all. There are many apps nowadays to help with meditation and offer insight. I recommend Calm, for which there is also a free version. There are also good meditation teachers on YouTube, among the best is Tara Brach. She also has live weekly events where she gives a talk (dharma) and guided meditation. She also offers guided meditations of all lengths on YouTube, on her website and on apps. I hope this is helpful. ❤🙏🏻❤

I do have one fear as I age. That is illness with pain. Difficult to put that aside. Jen
@JuliJensenMahoney
Thank you so much for talking about the importance of going to new places— new environments are the simplest way to feel better. After my husband left (after 45 years together) I was shattered and I’m still struggling at times, but one of the best things I learned was to find new places to take my daily walks. I now have several different places to go. New things to see and smell, walk, read, talk to people, or just to myself, and of course to God. Take a short drive and expand your horizons. Thank you so much for all you do.
@glennaknights267
At my age (73), life has certainly not passed me by with both mountain-top and valley experiences, but I don't have a problem with anxiety, so I am grateful. One point you made, however, really struck home with me. I often do negative self-talk. I chastise myself and even call myself names when I would never, ever do that to anyone else. My youngest daughter (an old soul) gave me a card with positive self-image words that she insisted I put somewhere I would see it daily. I did, for a while, then took it down because it seemed boastful. Mind you, I'm an independent woman who has been a widow for almost 20 years. I like to think I know my value and self-worth. So I'm not sure why I continue to self-criticize (talk about a team of psychiatrists!) I am making a commitment to myself to knock it off! I'm not sure why it didn't "click" when my daughter addressed it. Perhaps because we're (you and I) sisters by generation. Whatever….thank you.
