QVC Brings Back Master Beauty Class in 2023 –
QVC is giving its Master Beauty Class event one other go. After the series’ successful first yr in 2022 — at that time, it was the retailer’s largest beauty event ever — QVC is taking the event across digital platforms to widen its reach. “It’s now not about just connecting through the tv, we at the moment are casting such a large net to so many other platforms,” said Anna Baker, vp and general merchandise manager at QVC. Those platforms include TikTok, QVC.com, the retailer’s app, Facebook and YouTube. “[Our customer] is engaging with us on all of those different platforms.” Participating brands include Too Faced, Peter Thomas Roth, Lancer, Tarte and Philosophy. Jan-Jan Van Essche Brings His Flair for ‘Open Shapes’

Jan-Jan Van Essche Brings His Flair for ‘Open Shapes’
MILAN – Jan-Jan Van Essche’s fashion must be examined up close to grasp where the designer’s creativity is channeled from. The 18-piece clothes and niknaks collection includes Gypsy Sport’s logo-print slipdress, sport mesh jersey and matching skirt with fringe, a black Neoprene volume-back jacket and matching pleated neoprene skirt, crossbody bags and hats. “Urban Outfitters got here to us and said they’d wish to do something local and focused on L.A. with you and family and friends,” Uribe said of the six-month process. “I wish to design very genderless and experimental [looks] and so they are more industrial, corporate and...

Tracee Ellis Ross Brings The Heat With The Launch

Tracee Ellis Ross Brings The Heat With The Launch
Actress and wonder executive Tracee Ellis Ross lives as much as her middle name, Joy. Although I’ve never met her in person, I could feel her joyous spirit radiating through our Zoom meeting as I witnessed her famous voluminous and bouncy curls take up most of my computer screen as she warmly greeted me from her home’s bathroom. She just finished capturing video content of her hair care routine using PATTERN products for our ESSENCE readers. Ross was in a cheery and upbeat mood, desirous to walk me through PATTERN’s newest update, and I used to be all ears.  The expansion of PATTERN is personal to Ross, as she has an intimate relationship along with her hair, which could be described...
