The first time photographer and artist Landyn Pan fully understood the importance of their Naked Paint Party shoots was when a trans teen messaged them to say how affirming and refreshing it was to see so many non-binary stories being told. An intimate, joyful series, the naked paint parties document celebratory gatherings where trans and gender nonconforming people get naked and paint each other. The Fat Zine, a publication founded by photographer and artist Chloe Sheppard and author Gina Tonic, has released a calendar celebrating fat-positivity.
