Natural, By-subscription Personal Care Brand 900.care Raises 21M Euros

PARIS — Natural, refillable, by-subscription skincare and hygiene brand 900.care has raised 21 million euros. The funding round was led by Lombard Odier Investment Managers, alongside 900.care historic investors White Star Capital, Swen Blue Ocean and Founders Future. With the brand new funds the French brand’s founders Aymeric Grange and Thomas Arnaudo plan to step up 900.care’s internationalization in neighboring countries after successfully entering Belgium and Switzerland. The duo launched the brand in 2021 with the aim of converting consumers to refillable natural hygiene and care products, due to this fact eschewing single-use plastic. The natural products range from shower gels, toothpaste, deodorant and shampoo to laundry and dishwashing tablets. Innerskin Aesthetic Clinic Raises 5 Million Euros to Speed

PARIS — Innerskin aesthetic clinic has raised 5 million euros to assist speed up its growth. The fundraising was led by Label Capital — which was founded by Véronique Morali, Eléonore Oudea and Gaspard de Sarnez — alongside strategic co-investors, including CF Partners, the Carle family office, and existing investors. Design Holding Sees 1B Euros in Sales; No IPO Plans

MILAN — Italy’s leading high-end design, furniture and lighting company Design Holding said Wednesday that it closed 2022 with a surge in sales and expects to achieve the 1 billion euro mark in only a number of years. Founded in November 2018, Design Holding comprises leading brands B&B Italia, Flos, Menu, By Lassen, Lumens, Louis Poulsen, Arclinea, Maxalto, Azucena and produces Fendi Casa through a three way partnership with the Roman fashion house.
