Changing Hands: When it comes to ownership, Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis’ former childhood home has a glittery lineage. The ten-bedroom, nine-bathroom East Hampton property — which incorporates a guest cottage, a caretaker’s house and a pool house — is alleged to have been purchased by the designer and former Council of Fashion Designers of America president Tom Ford. Named “Lasata” for the Native American term meaning “place of peace,” the 7-acre spread was listed in May for $55 million and is alleged to have sold for $52 million. JLo Beauty is coming to the Hamptons, Latest York, this weekend with a pop-up at Curio’s Bridgehampton boutique. The three-day event will feature a cocktail reception and fitness classes. Visitors can even find a way to buy Jennifer Lopez’s full range of products, including items from her Beauty and Body collections. The pop-up commences with a cocktail party at Curio Project Hamptons on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. EST.
