Becky G has been named creative director of swimwear brand Gonza. The 26-year-old singer and actress, born Rebbeca Marie Gomez, has released fashion collaborations up to now, but this marks her first title as creative director. Ouai’s Colin Walsh Named CEO of P&G’s Specialty Beauty
Changes are afoot at Procter & Gamble. Colin Walsh, chief executive officer of Jen Atkin-founded hair care brand Ouai, has been appointed head of the private care giant’s Specialty Beauty division. Walsh has been CEO of Ouai for near five years, during which he oversaw it being acquired by P&G in 2021. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Devacurl. The Asian Cultural Council’s board of trustees has elected the dressmaker as its latest chairman. Removed from a newcomer to the organization, Natori, who was born within the Philippines, has served on ACC’s board since 1995. Five years later she helped establish its Philippines Foundation and ACC’s affiliate office in Manila. That location is considered one of the organization’s five international offices. Michelle Ochs, who designed the luxurious womenswear collection, Et Ochs, has been tapped as the brand new creative director, taking up from Christian Juul Nielsen, who held the post since 2018. Nielsen plans to give attention to his own label, Aknvas, a complicated contemporary line that he launched in 2019. “Hervé Léger is a historic fashion house.
