I love the suit look especially for professionals. We’ve gotten so sloppy as a culture. In my day, we wore suits (skirts) and stockings. If not a pant suit, a pencil skirt and blouse. Much more classic, professional, and I don’t know, I just felt better. Don’t get me wrong, there is a place for lounge wear and comfortable clothing, but we’ve taken that idea to an entire other level…and not a in a good way.

I didn’t like anything about the 80s. But I do love blazers, suits and tailored clothing. Classics are best peppered with a few trends. In the 70s, I was a tall very slim young woman who loved the over the knee boots.
