Mine is SOFTGYM brand – its 16lbs & excellent quality. I ordered a "prettier" one for my mom & i was shocked that it didn't seem as solid; & the vibration was very rough (returned it & got SoftGym).
Mine has a super (near ultrasonic i swear) high rate of vibration that makes it quite smooth. Studies show it increases bone density & reduces muscle loss with aging. A doc i saw was explaining the benefits for people (babies) with neurological problems- it balances CNS (reduce cortisol) & brain function. It circulates lymphatic system. This is essential to sedentary & elderly people. Even if they can only SIT on it or put feet on it at first- it helps balance & strength (5 min at a time, low setting). I prefer max setting for 15min daily😊 i will never be without it- helps me wake up (after coffee)

I have been using a vibration plate for several months now and can't get enough of it. I go through three programs at a time and put the speed up pretty high. I like the preprogrammed programs, so simple to do. I use this thing for a couple times a day and repeat all 3 programs again! Great addition to any workout!

I love my vibrating plate. I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. I am in a wheelchair. I can stand, but I have to hold on to something. The vibrating plate helps me so much! It helps with my spasticity, swelling of my feet, and overall movement. I highly recommend getting one!

This woman doesn't say that certain products are "popular" or "best sellers" or a "great value". She can't, and the reason is simple.
In a physical world, people buy products locally. And they care about how their purchase decisions affect the life of those around them. It's a point of pride to support the local economy. The popularity of a product is often based on word-of-mouth recommendations which aren't made on-line. They're uncontrolled value judgements! Double plus ungood.
Communism is based upon the premise that people aren't supposed to care about people they consider members of their own group. Family, Friends, Church, State, and Country. The ONLY authorized groups are manufactured collections of political actors. Hungry Lesbians, and Oppressed Urban Youth who need to be rescued.
In a communist "global" world, love is an economic and political obligation. So love can't be personal, or regional. And economic choices can't be based upon preferences, because all preferences are legally defined. You MUST prefer Amazon. And besides, Amazon is a monopoly, so you don't have a choice anyway. That's how the "political" merges with the only possible outcome. Kids MUST love the horrible schools. And people MUST love the horrible Army. The British MUST love NHS.
In a communist country, life is made horrible on purpose to ensure that happiness is never seen as natural. It's a reward for obedience. And nothing can ever be "better" than anything else. So a product on Amazon can't be great. It can only be "Viral" which is an irrational epidemic. Crazy people are buying the product!
And there's another reason that communists block personal choice. Governments and Militaries and Hospitals are a monopoly. There's no price competition. If Amazon products were competitive, then all other aspects of the government would have to be competitive too. Is there a less expensive way to run our Hospitals? Our Army? Our Schools? Sure! End all monopolies. Google, Microsoft, and YouTube would suddenly have to compete with other companies.
But tens of millions of overpaid Union bums don't want to get fired. So they destroy freedom of choice, freedom of speech, the and the freedom to replace a corrupt government. Negro soldiers are Amazon.
The only solution is to first accept that peaceful changes aren't possible. The Army, the Mafia, the Government, and the Trade Unions will kill millions of people to protect themselves.
Amazon is the Black Panthers, plus the Mafia, plus the Communists. It couldn't get any worse. If you Google "Medicare Price Per Person Per Year" (in quotes) you'll get no returns. That's because the communists hide ALL financial data in order to hide the tax rate.
So let's ask: In America, what is the price of Medicare per person per year? And why are workers forced to subsidize Medicare when they don't get coverage?
The entire system needs to be shut-down. We should default on the national debt, and print a new paper dollar. Employees will get paid in cash. And they'll pay bills in cash. Local economies all over America will begin to recover right away – without Trade Unions. The NHS in England will disappear.

I have one of those vibration plates, different design to the one you’re sharing but the exact same concept, I can’t use it because of my back injury, the constant vibration made the pain in my back so much worse, I spoke to my specialist about it and he told me to stay away from the thing and the same with those massages that have the roller balls moving around, so it’s sitting in my cupboard taking up space, I had a larger one when they first came out and had Great Results But that was before I’d damaged my back and spine, check with your Dr before using it Please because I really did do more damage than good with it. I have a HyperVibe vibration plate and absolutely love it. At 70, i use it for building bone density, for lymphatic drainage, for circulation, for gym workout recovery. It also lowers my blood glucose – not sure if just me or if the same would occur with others. Lots of helpful videos on YouTube describing the benefits of vibration therapy.
