ROME — Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry sometimes is inspired by “imaginary places or fairy tales,” but for its latest high jewelry collection unveiled on Wednesday evening in Rome, it was more about “real journeys through history and art,” said president and chief executive officer Nicolas Bos. Specifically, the Grand Tour, which provides the name to the gathering and best embodies the cultural experience popular within the 18th and nineteenth century. Ralph Lauren Reveals Executive Pay
Ralph Lauren, executive chairman and chief creative officer of Ralph Lauren Corp., saw his overall compensation fall 26.7 percent to $18.3 million last 12 months, in keeping with a filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  While his take included a salary of $1.8 million and incentive pay of $5.3 million, most of Lauren’s compensation got here in the shape of stock awards valued at $11 million. There, the brand has conceived a retro diner, replete with red vinyl seats, a black-and-white checked floor, indoor/outdoor seating, plus and a menu including baked goods, similar to whoopee pie and homemade pop tarts, plus hotdogs and low.
