See More of Pregnant Rihanna in Louis Vuitton’s Recent Campaign
NEED FOR SPEEDY: Louis Vuitton has released the complete Rihanna-fronted ad campaign to disclose the vision of Pharrell Williams, its latest men’s creative director. The brand had teased the campaign last week with a large billboard on the side of the Musée d’Orsay, just ahead of Williams’ debut runway show in Paris, which Rihanna attended together with her musician husband A$AP Rocky. Vuitton described the ad images as artifacts “created to change perceptions, challenge history, and evolve an existing legacy. A panel including Kate Moss, Kendall Jenner, Natalia Vodianova, Jeff Koons, Baz Luhrmann, and J Balvin will judge NFT submissions for the charitable digital art competition led by the AIDS Research non-profit organization amfAR and Prospect 100. Billed as a recent way that can “revolutionize how you'll be able to support the mission to finish the worldwide AIDS epidemic,” the Global Design Competition invites designers from around the globe to create backgrounds for amfAR’s NFT collection, inspired by its work and Pride Month. KIM’S KREW: Follow the trucks. That is likely to be the motto for fashion week, as devoted fans of recent Dior ambassadors Apo and Mile hired not one, but three, trucks to drive around Paris promoting the Thai actors. (An identical stunt happened for Chinese pop star Fan Chengcheng at the day gone by’s Givenchy show, though his truck was solo.) Their destination was the Ecole Militaire, where Kim Jones was staging his fifth anniversary show. The duo were thrilled to be there, despite all of the commotion, and gamely posed for photos with anyone and everybody who asked, plus filmed the complete show from their front-row seats.
