The fact that you used to get in trouble for it and now I see girls with full face makeup in my school. Like literally freshmen look older than me ( A junior ) cuz they wake up like 1 or 2 hours early and do a full face of makeup. Like how tf does their skin even BREATHE?? We live in a freaking scorching hot desert, doesn’t it feel bothersome??
I only use concealer under my eyes and do my brows with a small barely noticeable brown eyeliner to stretch out the corners. I just like to let my skin breathe, especially due to the heat. Plus, wearing full face of makeup everyday sounds so bothersome, especially when I barely get up in the morning.

I’m now and senior high school and I think it’s because it’s 2022 and people now view makeup differently than before, that’s why they’re allowing us to wear makeup, nail polish, ear piercings and even have our hair colored! Though they said it was “discouraged” they did not say anything about it being prohibited, my friends would dye their hair in different colors, have their nails done, have tons of ear piercings and even wear eyeliner and stuff to school!???? This makes me feel much more confident in wearing makeup to school which I love (I used to only wear makeup when I’m out alone or with my family, I used to never wear makeup when I’m with my classmates or friends)

As someone who graduated like 10 years ago I'm surprised that nowadays high school kids in my country can wear makeup at school. Well I could wear makeup to school before but my school was kind of different, most kids from other schools couldnt even bring sunscreen.
