You guys know me well enough by now to know I never do anything to intentionally damage my hair. The video was just for fun because I had a lot of people asking me. I did a lot of research before and my hair is perfectly fine. Just make sure that you do a really good deep conditioning to restore the moisture!!! Also, the definition I got gave me my best wash and go yet, which will be posted tomorrow!!!

Will dry the mess out of hair, yes, it will strip away oil. But you will definitely need to replenish some moisture.
Also, if it gets on the lips it can cause swelling.
