I'm agree with her. Maine 7-8 months me 20kg weight kam kiya. Dal roti sabji, seasional fruits & vegitables. Bas quantity aur time set kar diya khane ka. Aur sath hi physical activities ka bhi time aur duration set kiya. Wieght loss karne ke liye phle aapko apni body ke sath ek taal-mel bithana jaruri hai aur iske liye body ki requires ko samjhna padta hai. Weight loss ke bad main apna ek routine check-up bhi kiya ye dekhne ke liye mere is diet plan ke bad body me kis tarah ki koi deficiency ya kisi aur tarah ki koi problem na ho rhi ho. Meri reports normal thi. Main aaj bhi same diet plan follow karti hu. I'm healthy & happy with it😊😊
