Fun fact—my eyeliner is tattooed, but this is still the technique I use to enhance it and create a soft, defined look. I hope this tutorial helps the next time you’re putting on your eyeliner!
My favorite type of eyeliner is a mechanical pencil because it glides on like a gel liner but gives you the control of a pencil. It’s easy to blend, simple to use, and perfect for creating an everyday look.

Ouch with tattooing your lids. But how cool!! I can’t always wear eyeliner on the top because I have hooded lids 😏 so I just put in on the water line.
