why throw away / waste so much food…? those ends off the wellington should be saved and would make a wonderful snack, breakfast, lunch… Anything overcooked the chef contestants could make a soup or stew out of… way too much waste and "food violence"… being smashed and thrown all over the place… make the contestants EAT their mistakes (and left overs) every meal.

Just watched the episode when Chris left the competition. He was such a genuine lovely man. He had been in such a terrible accident, he had the potential to go much farther but following his horrible experience he felt he couldn’t go on. I hope he managed find a job where he could flourish and I hope he’s doing well.
