my brother is a diabetic, ( i call him a diabadass)
he just got the omnipod 5 and it syncs up with the dexcom g6 if your blood sugar gets too high it will load more insulin automatically if it gets too low it will lower it. the omnipod communicates with the dexcom to monitor and you can put in carbs on the PDM to auto-calculate the insulin units you need so no more fingersticks!

Dude- as soon as I saw that libre sensor I almost started crying of joy. I wear one of those on my arm, as well as an insulin pump on my thighs. You're amazing, aswell as other diabetics out there. Stay strong!

My daughter, 12 yo, was dx with t1d at 15 months old. She always says she's so tired of people asking her what is on her arm, she's got the pump and dexcom. When she sees videos like these, of young, beautiful females dealing with the same issues it really empowers her. She sees and learns to embrace it and turns it into an opportunity to educate others.

My mom has diabetes, she's 45 and she's had since she was 11. Back then, they didn't have the best treatment care for type one diabetes. She always fainted during class and people thought it was contagious. She's had to struggle with everything you went through. Just know your not alone and that your loved ♡♡♡
