I’ve driven/rode in 40 states and after Kommifornia and NY ,Florida drivers are insane and apathetic! It’s almost like they are trying to kill somebody! 100 miles an hour everywhere? WTF Florida?! Sidenote , DO NOT TURN YOUR BACK ON DRIVERS IN FLORIDA!

It isn't always the drivers fault when a pedestrian gets hit but they should stop and help. If someone flees it's because they have done something wrong like drinking or fear, that drives there decision.
