Here's a question. Is,there some upper limit on the maaa of dark matter particles based on the energy of the big bang? Can we look at the ,CMB and say "It is possible that dark matter particles are twice,or three times the mass of the Higga?" The question is whether we should expect to find dark matter particles in the data from the next generation of supercolljdera or if we should look at the data we already have. Maybe dark matter particles are no more massive,than regular matter. There's just more of them than there are hadrons. We haven't seem them before because they don't interact with ordinarily marter so these is no way we would see them amongst the decay products if hadrons or leptons.. But we might have dark matter particles among the decay products of the Higgs we just obviously would not be able to detect them
