It doesn/t seem like you went to a medical certified clinic for laser procedures. so it is obvious that the people that work there don t know about the interactions between the lipliner and the laser technology . i am a doctor so this is way my opinion may be a little harsh. it was also your mistake for using it. the indications are always clear- use laser only on clean skin, every marker or gel they use is especially made for not harming the skin.
stay awy from the sun, use creams from La roche posay, especially Cicaplast and Cicabalm.

you should make a reclamation for sure. ok, you also did a mistake, the laser is for sure used on clean skin, their marker is specially made for being used under the laser. maybe you should have opted for a better salon and go to a dermatologist, a medical doctor, not a random cosmetics person.

After years of going to get laser myself, I went back to same place for touch ups and she used a higher power laser meant for facial hair on my legs to hopefully treat my finer black hairs. I ended up with rectangular burns all in rows all down my legs. I never went back after that for fear it would happen again. She gave me a cream as well, and my gp told me to cover them with aquaphor constantly and stay out of the sun completely. Mine went away! I hope yours will as well if you continue to constantly protect those areas and use aquaphor and prescribed creams xx💖💖💖

We went on a road trip once for several months, and I had packed all tops in one compression bag and all bottoms in another, etc. Eventually I figured out that I was really time consuming and too messy to have to unzip a bunch of bags each time I needed an outfit because I’d need a top, a bottom, and then undergarments, and maybe a jacket that were all in different bags. I started to just pack by the outfit and it really helped. It’s so neat to see that you do the same thing too! Hope people who watch can utilize your tip! It’s a game changer!

If she realized she was burning you…then she should have stopped. try aloe vera gel mixed with vitamin e oil or rice bran oil on the burns.

Try biafine cream, it is very cheap in France for a huge tub but you can also get it in the UK. It is especially designed for burns and should work really well. Hopefully this will minimize the effects in the long run. Also I would definitely sue them, these aren’t tiny burns either… hope you still enjoyed your holiday.

Oh hun, you have every right to be upset! That would definitely get me down too. I'm not sure when you can start safely applying creams to burns, but maybe look into your options in terms of vitamin E creams of burn gels or whatever. And definitely protect your skin with sunscren! I hope the scars fade quickly 🤞

My mother burnt her arm pretty badly and she used aloe vera (like the real plant, literally cut a bit of it) and the scar disappeared. It's magic!

Also, something I have tried myself and it worked (on many body things): Tell yourself it will heal and disappear. You need to be persuaded, 200% convinced. It's all mental. Do it. It will work. We have a lot of power over our body via our mind. Like if someone had a big knee problem, do not say 'my bad knee', say 'my good knee', 'my great knee'. It have tested this and it makes wonders. Yes, it took years, but it worked (the NHS wouldn't help me)…

Hi Amelia, I wouldn't despair about possible life scaring (although I feel your pain, and we'll all different). I've had many scars of all kinds when I thought it would be for life, and they went away. I'm 45. I hope this lifts your spirits. I've had really bad waxing experiences at beauticians in France and the UK, where they damaged my skin. It was really shocking. Fortunately, all the marks went away, but they were really ugly for days.

Will you press charges? I truly feel you should press charges as soon as possible. It’s important to do what you truly feel will serve you most in the long run. Why she didnt remove the lip liner and draw with the white pencil … i manage an aesthetic clinic and this is absolutely not acceptable , dnt take of the scabs and you can get fast skin repair from mesoastetic which heals it nicely
