Definitely on the last nail, when you drained it and rolled it onto the nail you were able to see the white still on the tip of the brush. Why are some made with a white base and others with clear? Is it based on the color pigmentation? Would Day-o be too sheer if it was with clear? And the other too chalky if with the white?
