The winds were so strong in that hurricane that it peeled bricks off buildings. If you were to pick a hurricane that would give you nightmares 30 years later, it was Andrew. In some of the areas it looked like Hiroshima.

It was not just homestead. It was Florida city Perrine ricmond heights kendall narranja goulds cutler ridge saga bay Pinecrest dadeland sunny land Killian the hammocks kendall west key biscayne old cutler south miami heights west Perrine and more. All got abliviated!!! Plus all the rest of Miami dade county got heavy damaged very bad as well and even into Broward county got heavy damage.

Nobody is prepared for a hurricane like Andrew a concrete bunker will save you that's it. The Airlines and military should have planes take people out of the area that is going to get hit. But Biden would rather give money to the Ukraine and college students and illegal aliens.

I was in Pensacola on a working vacation, had been going there for years and have never seen waves that tall in Pensacola. I got in my car and left when they sent the Navy ships out to sea to ride it out.
