If you actually have hooded eyes, that upward line might be a bit tough to achieve neatly. I recommend reverse cat-eye method.

Oh I love putting green and black mix eyeliner in my water line above and below it looks so pretty it makes my eyes look green I usually use eyeshadow but you have to keep putting it on because what it does it'll blend into your water line on your eyeliner you know above your eyelashes and it looks highlighted it looks so good

Ok but remember that drying out that part of your eyelid and putting makeup on it can cause long term eye issues, especially if done frequently. So if you are a dry eye girly, I absolutely recommend rethinking this one. Luv yall
