I went to see a therapist 2 months ago & she diagnosed me with anxiety and depression. She said the depression isn’t bad but if I don’t do what I need to do for me it can get bad. My hair, feet & nails look crazy and it’s true when you don’t feel pretty you feel f’d up but I will be doing some self care soon & often. Sis, prayer is powerful 🙏😇GOD IS SO AMAZING! Remove whatever bothers you, pray & love on you. GOD knows what you need & HE will give it to you so don’t rush it….
