True to what she is saying. No matter if good or bad hair, good Genes or not, post pregnancy, pre menopausal and all. Good diet , clean simple products that do same thing as expensive ones , will do the work.
You can get the idea and find similar results at your own budget . Clear
I gave my dislike because you forgat to remove your hair tie right when you show how well the " Products" are and how well they work and all the steps you gave up to bring your hair right here.
"Giving up " is not when someone uses " that hair tie" so often that you basically forgat to remove it or didnt have one to show as you do with the rest .
So, I get it , it doesnt mean the products and your routine is not right. Just do it all or skip that number or buy the silky tie and wear it.
    But all good😉

Still your hair do not match the hair quality of women with good genetics and healthy diet. The volume is not okay either. Using too much Chemicals harm the hair health in long run. Use Natural things on hair, that you can eat too such as Aloevera, Alsi, Ghee, etc.

I am 'famous' for my long thick mane- and if I curl it- its even better than what she shows here- I do not do all these things. – I dont sleep on silk or use microfiber towels, and no special shampoo- but like oil shampoos- – I dont do masks, I dont do scalp massages- here is what I do- I wash it upside down in a sink- this stimulates the blood in the scalp and give you a great wash. – I also have a good diet, and I do keep it trimmed well- but not every 3 months- and wash it every 3-4 days- her hair is very ordinary. really

I already do all of that because I have curly hair so I was obligated to take special care of it or is gonna look messy and ugly lol but yeah all of that worked for me and my hair looks better!

Washing it less means nothing. It is genetics that will set the greasiness/dryness of your hair, not the less shampooing.

id rather just have dry hair than do all that

You should wash every other day but your can wash every day. It’s a myth that you can balance oil and dry out or dry up your hair by not washing everyday. Ask any dermatologist. Healthy Hair comes from a healthy scalp. Your scalp gets dirty with pollution, pollen, and oil. And this is just without the products and dry shampoo buildup…This can cause stubborn dandruff, yeast infections, seborrheic dermatitis and other stuff. I just don’t like being dirty…😅

Clarifying once a week is way too much! I was doing that too and my hair got soooo sooo thin (like the hair strands) and clarifying shampoos with strong sulfates can cause that! Don’t clarify more than once every 3 weeks. If you feel like you need to clarify more often, that means your regular shampoo isn’t cleaning well enough and/or your conditioner/masks and other haircare products you’re using are way too heavy for you and cause way too much product buildup.

    Step 1: be genetically blessed.

Yeah us oily scalp people can’t do this. I need to wash my hair again already the day after I washed it, a hair mask that close to the roots (and even just on the mids and ends) would weigh my hair down and make it even more flat and oily, and scalp massages just increase my oil production like 10X. My scalp produces so much oil that America would invade me for it.

(And no, I tried the whole ‘avoid washing your hair for a few days at a time for a few months cause that’ll stop your genetically overactive oil glands from producing too much oil’ thing, and that doesn’t work if you’re just naturally a heavy scalp oil producer.)

Please don’t listen to the internet Willy nilly not everything works for everybody. I have to clarify more than once a week for example, and no my hair is not dry or damaged… depending on your hair’s porosity you will need more moisture or more protein and an overload can leave your hair worse. These tips are great if that’s what you need, and things like a silk pillow case is great for everyone, but I think it’s very misleading to say things like “do this for healthier (…)” and being so vague.

I have thin, fine, flat, super oily hair and bought Odele clarifying shampoo on your recommendation and it was awful. I literally could not wash it out. The day after washingvwith it my hair looked as bad as 6 days without shampooing. I wound up giving it away and going back to V05 to cut the grease.
