MISS SOUTH AFRICA 2022 RECAP!!

MISS SOUTH AFRICA 2022 RECAP!!

Welcome to the 2022 recap of Miss South Africa. It appears that evidently South Africa, once more, might be a rustic to observe in 2022 international pageantry. I even have high hopes for his or her recent queen and I can not wait to see what pageant she competes at. My early prediction is at Miss Universe 2022.

Hi Dani, can you recap and react on Ashley’s winning of Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2022?

I agree with your assessment about Kea and Luyanda. I strongly believe these two young ladies have what it takes to be Miss South Africa in the future. Luyanda is young and have eight more years to make her dreams come true. I felt that her advocacy kept her from advancing to the top 5 because it needed some more work. Truth be told, she has all of the elements to win the crown. Her performance was international ready! Kea has only two years left and short time to capture the crown. However, I think she needs to work on cleaning up her performance because at times she over performed. Once Kea can master her walk and posing, I think she can advance to top 5 and potentially win the crown.

The question-and-answer segment has always been my favorite and watching your reaction to it helps me understand why. Love it! Either of the top three answers was acceptable, but Ndavi's answer included concrete examples of those marginalized groups which could not be ignored. It's almost like that musical arch/slur which encompasses a set of notes but also includes little ties to make the presentation extra special. I think that the "N" in Miss South Africa's name is pronounced as a separate syllable but done so quickly – like a grace note – that it's almost silent. Forgive me, I'm an English teacher but I've just started studying the piano so all my references are musical:) You've clearly put a lot of thought into your analysis. Which of these dresses/designers would you hire for Ndavi at Miss Universe, Dani? My favorites were Keaoleboga's (unique), Ayanda's, and Lebogang's – though we've seen variations of latter two at pageants. Thanks for sharing your opinion as well as your knowledge. I enjoyed it.

Miss SA desided to s.end the winner to all 3 the pageants this year. Only if N-davi should win a pageant then the first runner up will take her place in the remaining pageant/s.

You say the "N" just slightly before saying the "D"….. Like the pronunciation of "End" but trying not to put emphasis on the E….

Ayanda's quote in Zulu for the top 3 Q&A is about humanity and unity. It loosely translates to "a person is a person through other people".

Also, I’m sure others have told you, but ndavi will be competing at all 3 pageants unless she wins one of them.

I totally agree with you about SA contestants final q&a! When I was watching I was in awe and how amazing their answers were! They feel like they come directly from the heart and I actually FEEL their answers! They gave me zozi’s answer at MU 2019!!!

Give them question which are unfamiliar with the topic they had not prepared….I bet their answer won't be that good…Remember Lalela..giving topic on cancel culture…her answer was all beating around the bush…
