I really like following nail artists that use different materials and techniques not necessarily traditional. They can produce some fantastic unique standout designs!

If you’re comfy sharing, do you mind doing a nail art journey video and also talk about your experience in getting your license? And also, where do you follow nail art trends? I find that I don’t know the sesrch keywords so I feel a bit out of the loop. 😂

Shuninail just made a video doing this exact technique on a set on nails. (Haven’t watched the video yet just wanted to comment first) If you need any tips they go through it step by step. 😊

I'm sure you probably know it, but just in case you don|t Nail Career Education is a great channel to learn about nail techniques. Susie has decades of experience (and her own line of products). She often prefers acryllics, but has been doing more and more with gels as of late.

Also, this is really cool! I love when nails have some depth and dimension. So interesting!

Thank you for this video! I was wondering how people were doing this trend. Now that I know how complicated it is, I'll probably leave this to the professionals lol but I think you did a great job! I honestly can't tell the difference between the ones I've seen on Instagram and yours. Beautiful! 💖💖💖

The IVE shirt is 🤩! But I definitely agree with u that a lot of Asian nail artists like Korean and/or Japanese artists keep their techniques secret 😭. For this design, I saw a nail artist a nail artist blow air into the clear/builer gel to form the bubbles but I think they partially cured the gel to where it's still gooey but not hardened! Maybe u can try that!

I really appreciate the patience you have to be able learn these techniques 😊 💜.

Could you make clear bubble decals out of builder gel or thick top gel? Then attach the decals to your nail and then attach a second nail tip on top? I don’t think you’ll get around the thickness

Nope…wayyyy to complicated for me. I don't have the patience or the eyesight for this. Lol but its really cool that you're learning this, and I love these videos. ❤

ooh i haven't seen this trend looks interesting i love what people come up with for nail art, have you seen the UV resin on amazon works like normal resin but can be cured I think it needs the older UV lights to cure though unless formula is different now that might be an idea to try loved that blue coloured gel you tried it with too.

The first one reminds me of when we would use a matte top coat and drop shiny top coat ontop to look like rain, but this is the far more sophisticated adult brother haha 😂

I've done raindrop nail kinda like the second technique, but with just one full cover tip then using builder gel or a thick top coat to make the raindrops/bubbles on the underside of the tip. After curing that, I go over it with chrome powder, then gel polish (I've used everything from black to lighter colored syrup gels) and apply the tip using clear acrylic. Then I either top with just top coat or a syrup gel and top coat. It won't give quite the same effect cuz the chrome powder is really kinda necessary to give the bubbles definition, but it does look really cool!

I don’t think what’s trending really matters in nail art, because art styles do come and go, but the skills attained while learning the art… is forever.
