Some really great finds here! But I especially wanted to comment on the vitamin C! Twelve years ago I had a benign brain tumor which I had removed and it must have affected my immune system somehow because I started having UTI’s one after another (had never had them before!). I saw a Uro-gynecologist who prescribed vitamin C, probiotics, and a very concentrated cranberry extract. It did help quite a bit with the UTI’s, but amazingly it also completely stopped the 2-3 very bad upper respiratory infections I had suffered every year for all my life! I was 61 at the time of my craniotomy, so that’s a LOT of upper respiratory infections! As I said it has been 12 years now and I have not had a single upper respiratory infection since! I take 6 vitamin C gummies a day, 250 mg. each. So glad you found something to help your daughter! And hope this isn’t TMI, but it is something a lot of women suffer with, and if it can help someone else, so much the better! I would add to please check with your PCP first before beginning a regimen such as this because everything we take can effect other medications taken!

Regarding the light fixture for Zoom calls, I live on West Coast but work East Coast time zone. Hence, I am in the dark most of the year when I begin my workday. The light is essential for conference calling.
