A company that treated you the way they did is definitely not one I'd want to do business with. How the hell are you going to look a 10 year client in the eye and real ass say that bathrooms are only for employees? The client is the reason you even have a job! While the blow to your finances is definitely unfortunate, if they're this incompetent (and shady with not keeping you informed), then I say goodbye and good riddance.
Any chance of maybe seeing who Melanine Hair Care works with and if they could manufacture the products with you?
