Do you reccomend base coating and then finishing with a top coating w these pigments? I want to ensure my clients get longevity because chromes in general tend to chip so easily unless double topped off. I got the large mystery box, I cannot waiiittt for the jewel pallete 😊

Greg just helped us make a smart decision. Honestly, I wasn’t looking for a low odor monomer and I was convinced that that was probably going to be the bulk of what was in the packages so I wasn’t gonna buy any this year. That all changed when I heard what was in the packages. I got all of them!

I understand Tracy is responsible for making up the mystery boxes, and I must say – you did a wonderful job.
I actually think last years were better, but that doesn't mean this years are bad.

Now, maybe Greg spoiling and leaking the surprise really does upset her, cause she isn't in a happy mood, and it clearly shows.
There isn't any fun in that women at anytime in this video…
I can some what understand if the surprise really meant something to her.
From a sales point of view, I can tell you, you made way more money from people knowing what was inside the box.
With money being tight, not many were willing to take the risk of not wanting or needing what was in the box.
Once seeing what their money got them, they were willing to buy, and a lot of people bought more, than they had originally planned too.
I see several people say they were only gonna get one, but got all 3 or bought several of a particular size to stock up on what was inside.
So from a business point of view, Greg being a little sneaky spoiler alerter, he increased sales, big time!!
Also from a sales point of view, Tracy, sales is not for you…
I am sorry to say, and I mean no offense, we all have our area – sales is not yours!!
In this video, there was no excitement, joy, fun, or even happiness. You actually seemed like you were unhappy to be doing this, especially since Greg " ruined" the mystery.
I mean, if you were that upset, you should of had another show off the chromes, as your lack of care showed through.
Again, this is no offense, I'm just saying how you came across on video, as you might not be aware…
And as I already said, I can relate, I have had surprises I planned for people ruined by snitches before, its upsetting.
Hopefully you can find the comfort in knowing that everyone thought what you made to be fantastic and so they bought many of them.
You are very good at making up the boxes, you sure know how to give a great deal, just maybe you should leave the showing what's inside sales to others.

Oh my Gosh!!!! I wasnt.thinking to get the mystery boxes at all, small or large, but I really want those jewel tone chrome powders!!!! Will they ever be sold as standalone product!? Pleeeeeze Tracey, pretty pretty please!!!??? 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 100$ for just that palettes is hnthinkable/un-doable😢

I’m so excited… I’m not traumatized knowing what was in the box I’m traumatized waiting for them lol. Last year I stayed away from any spoilers and had fun going through the box but I didn’t get the smaller boxes and definitely would’ve if I had a watched a spoiler. This year I just got all 3 out of the gate … please please don’t discontinue slate😂… I guess I’ll have to get another mystery box so I can have an extra on hand.

In no way was knowing what’s in the boxes ‘ruined it’. We’ve waited all year too so it was extremely exciting to see!! I was walking on a cloud all day Sunday feeling like a kid at Christmas knowing what Santa was bringing!!
