RePurpose Global Acquires Bluebird Climate, a Sustainability Software
Plastic motion platform RePurpose Global is acquiring Bluebird Climate, a sustainability software company that helps beauty brands assess the environmental performance of their products, ingredients, and packaging. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Founded in 2021 by Jamie McCroskery, Anisha Gupta and Dennis Lee, Bluebird Climate’s software platform offers lifecycle assessments, packaging waste and recyclability evaluation, and consumer transparency tools for the buyer goods industry. Puig Acquires Majority Stake in Byredo
After per week of untamed speculation and inaccurate press reports, Byredo has a buyer. Puig has acquired a majority stake within the brand founded by Ben Gorham in 2006. The brand, which has been backed by family office Manzanita since 2013, is claimed to have been considering deal options since last September, when it reportedly hired Goldman Sachs to contemplate a deal. The transaction comes during a time of major growth within the fragrance market.
