Sephora Appoints Deborah Yeh Global Chief Marketing Officer –

PARIS – Sephora has named Deborah Yeh global chief marketing officer, effective Nov. 13. The chief has been the prestige beauty retailer’s global chief purpose officer since Jan. 1 and formerly served as executive vice chairman, global chief purpose officer and CMO of Sephora for North America. “On this [new] role, Deborah will give attention to reinforcing Sephora’s brand desirability and continuing to extend its global community of loyal members,” the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned retailer said in an internal memo obtained by WWD. “She may also keep fostering collaborations across regions and inspiring best-practice sharing, while staying accountable for Sephora’s purpose and sustainability strategy,” it continued. Officine Universelle Buly 1803 Appoints Recent CEO – WWD

PARIS – Nathalie Elbaz has been named chief executive officer of beauty brand Officine Universelle Buly 1803, starting Oct. 15, in keeping with an internal memo released on the brand’s parent company LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Elbaz will likely be based in Paris and report back to Stéphanie Medoni, executive president of LVMH Beauty. Elbaz succeeds Anne-Véronique Bruel, who led Buly through its integration into LVMH after the luxurious group acquired the brand in October 2021. Lily AI, a retail technology platform specializing in AI solutions for retailers and types, has appointed its first-ever president to speed up growth of the business. Ahmed Naiem, formerly chief industrial officer at eShopWorld (ESW) where he worked with Nike, Estée Lauder, Victoria’s Secret and J. Crew, has turn into Lily’s president and chief revenue officer.
