Kevin Spacey, drunk and "unsteady on his feet," lay down on top of Anthony Rapp to "gratify his own sexual desires" at a celebration in Manhattan in 1986, when Rapp was just 14 and Spacey was 26, a lawyer for Rapp told jurors inside a Recent York courtroom Thursday."What happened to Anthony is something that never must have happened," Rapp's lawyer, Peter Saghir, told jurors, adding that his client felt "frozen" throughout the alleged encounter in Spacey's bedroom.Spacey, now 63, denies Rapp's allegation.
