Balmain Opens First Positive Jewelry Corner in Italy in
MILAN — Balmain’s first wonderful jewelry corner in Italy opened within the brand’s boutique in Milan’s Via Montenapoleone on Thursday, ahead of town’s Design Week. The gathering was launched within the spring of 2022. “This signals the importance of Milan for the brand and its relevant position globally,” said Rosario Toscano, chief executive officer of Adorisa Group, which produces the jewellery, and of Akoni Group. Toscano was named to the role in January 2023, succeeding François Delage. A latest space dedicated to the brand’s jewelry is placed on the bottom floor of the boutique with window displays in contrasting black and gold. Balmain Moves to London’s Mount Street, Near Simone Rocha

The brand, which opened a flagship on South Audley Street in 2015, has moved across the corner to 94 Mount Street, with neighbors including Simone Rocha and Marni. Balmain’s recent, 1,077-square-foot store houses the ladies’s, men’s and accessories collections, and there's also a personal suite for VIP appointments. The shop soft launched earlier in March, with creative director Olivier Rousteing officially cutting the ribbon this week with a cocktail for patrons and a small, private dinner for friends and collaborators.
