Miami Fashion Week, recognized because the second-largest fashion week within the U.S., which is often scheduled for May, has been postponed until mid-November with a slew of latest programming. The event highlights resort collections of established and emerging international designers. Led by honorary president Antonio Banderas, the annual fashion event features runway shows, a beneficiary gala, after parties and pop-up events. Miami Fashion Week has been working closely with Miami-Dade County since last January to create a more community-focused event that prioritizes moving fashion forward in South Florida. Circ’s tech tackles the long-standing problem of recycling poly-cotton blends. It’s the one platform to successfully separate poly-cotton blended textile waste and get better each cellulosic cotton and artificial polyester. It then turns them into latest fibers and textiles. European Commission Targets Fashion Corporations in Antitrust Investigations
PARIS – The European Commission is once more taking aim at the style sector with several investigations into anti-competitive practices. Antitrust regulators on Tuesday conducted unannounced inspections on a lot of undisclosed firms in several countries of the 27-member bloc to research business practices that could lead on to fragmentation in the one market.
