These are the ten Most Beauty-obsessed States, per Google

Recent data from Ethos Aesthetics & Wellness reveals Recent York is essentially the most beauty-obsessed state when it comes to Google searches, drawing a median of three,620 beauty-related searches per 100,000 residents every month. Recent York also has the very best search levels for 79 beauty-related terms, including “vegan makeup,” “lip gloss,” “best blush” and “face oils.” Colorado and California take the second and third spots, respectively, while Mississippi, which attracts just 1,729 monthly beauty-related Google searches per 100,000 people, ranks in last place among the many 50 states. Google Search Gets ‘Shop the Look,’ Steps Into 3D

Google’s goals for the style shopping experience are snapping into view. At its annual “Search On” event Wednesday, the Mountain View, California-based tech company unleashed several updates for product search and discovery in its mobile app that cut to the guts of the net apparel and shoe business. The corporate introduced pilot programs that bring 3D product imagery for sneakers into search results, in addition to a recent “Shop the Look” feature for attire, personalized results and other updates to assist U.S. consumers feel more confident about buying.
