Longtime Puma Exec Adam Petrick Is Exiting as Company
Puma global chief brand officer Adam Petrick, whose profession on the German athletic powerhouse spans greater than twenty years, is exiting the corporate. Petrick is departing as Puma reorganizes its global marketing organization. The corporate’s latest plan includes moving the group to its headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany.  In an announcement released today, Puma said Petrick has decided to not transition to Europe, and as a substitute will pursue latest challenges outside of the brand. The manager will remain with Puma until the tip of the 12 months to make sure a smooth transition. “I would really like to thank Adam Petrick for his significant contribution to Puma’s success during his greater than 20-year tenure with Puma,” Arne Freundt, chief executive officer of Puma, said...

Latest Guards Group, Farfetch Collaborate With Lisa Folawiyo for
Farfetch and Latest Guards Group’s created brand There Was One, or TWO, has launched a collaboration with Nigerian clothier Lisa Folawiyo, available Wednesday on Farfetch. The collaboration features an eight-piece womenswear capsule and marks the primary partnership for TWO, fusing classic Folawiyo pieces and prints with TWO’s contemporary designs. The gathering showcases summer designs with a mixture of the signature Ankara fabric and custom prints, including the custom “hearts intertwined” print that originated from Folawiyo’s spring 2017 collection titled, “She wears her heart on his sleeve,” which celebrated the bond between two individuals. Authentic Brands Group Acquires Hunter Boots
Authentic Brands Group is at it again. The Latest York-based brand development, marketing and entertainment platform, on Friday said it has acquired the mental property of Hunter, the heritage British brand best known for its Original Wellington boot. The deal is believed to be valued at $125 million. Authentic had been rumored for months to be circling Hunter but put the potential acquisition on the back burner because it finalized its purchase of Boardriders, the parent company of Quiksilver and Billabong amongst others. It inked the $1.3 billion Boardriders deal at the tip of March. Latest Exhibition Will Explore the Bloomsbury Group and Fashion
A WOOLF IN CHIC CLOTHING: Kim Jones and Dior aren’t finished celebrating the Bloomsbury Group. The French fashion home is supporting “Bring No Clothes: Bloomsbury and Fashion,” billed as the primary major exhibition to explore the style impact of the famous cultural collective, whose ringleaders Virginia Woolf, Duncan Grant, E.M. Forster, Vanessa Bell, John Maynard Keynes and Lady Ottoline Morrell helped set the template for contemporary dressing. The sponsorship follows Jones’ spring 2023 men’s collection for Dior, which was done in partnership with the Charleston Trust and featured prints drawn from Grant’s artworks and furniture designs.
