MAC Cosmetics Honors Whitney Houston With Makeup Collection Inspired
It’s time to bounce with anyone — MAC Cosmetics has collaborated with the Whitney Houston estate for the MAC x Whitney Houston collection, dropping Thursday. The gathering will feature 11 limited-edition capsule products, including lipsticks, high-shine lip gloss, blush, “Just Whitney” — a golden highlighter named after her 2002 album, a watch shadow palette meant to recreate the singer’s smoky eye shadow look, a disco ball-inspired makeup bag and a set of round eyelashes. MAC Cosmetics worked with Pat Houston, the executor of Whitney Houston’s estate, in addition to her sister-in-law and former manager, to assist create the products. BCRF Honors 30 Years of Estée Lauder Cos. Commitment
When Evelyn H. Lauder founded the Breast Cancer Research Fund, her mission was clear: to search out a cure for breast cancer. The progress that has been made within the last 30 years is extraordinary, with BCRF-funded researchers liable for major breakthroughs within the prevention, treatment and cure of the disease. Since BCRF’s inception in 1993, there was a 43 percent decline in deaths as a consequence of breast cancer, and greater than 4 million survivors of the disease.
