CNMI’s Fashion Hub Features Poignant Discussions, Latest Designers

Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI) and the Ethical Fashion Initiative (EFI) have renewed their partnership for the CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards. The awards, which were presented on Sept. 24 in Milan on the close of fashion week, recognized circular fashion leaders and emerging designers. Italian luxury fashion brand Gucci won the Ellen MacArthur Foundation Award for Circular Economy. Finalists for that award included Chloé and ACS Clothing – who were also recognized for making progress toward a circular economy for fashion apparel. The Bicester Collection Award for Emerging Designers went to Ahluwalia with So-Le Studio and Made for a Woman named as finalists. L’Oréal Inaugurates Le Visionnaire, A Creative Worker Hub in

PARIS – L’Oréal has created an enormous multisensorial space, called Le Visionnaire – Espace François Dalle, where its employees from world wide can delve into the group’s heritage and culture, and innovate, inside the company’s historic headquarters at 14 Rue Royale in Paris. On Thursday evening, the French beauty giant officially inaugurated the renovated constructing, which artfully mixes 18th-century and ultra-modern elements. Speeches there have been given by Françoise Bettencourt Meyers, granddaughter of L’Oréal’s founder, whose family is the group’s largest individual shareholder; Jean-Paul Agon, chairman of L’Oréal; Nicolas Hieronimus, chief executive officer of L’Oréal, and Bruno Le Maire, France’s minister of economy and finance. LONDON — With the autumn 2023 edition of Shenzhen Fashion Week wrapping up this week, Pan Ming, chair of the Shenzhen Garment Industry Association, organizer of the weeklong showcase, is wanting to share how she is planning to show China’s tech hub right into a fashion capital that may rub shoulders with Beijing and Shanghai within the near future.
