Maison Margiela, Atelier Cologne and Viktor & Rolf Launch

In a flip forward for the Indian beauty market, Indian department store chain Shoppers Stop, which is just shy of the 100-store mark across the country and a premium beauty destination for global brands, is revamping its fragrance category. The retailer can also be launching into the wonder distribution space for the primary time, debuting brands like Maison Margiela, Atelier Cologne and Viktor & Rolf in India, with a latest vertical — wholly owned subsidiary Global SS Beauty.  Other brands being launched this week as a part of the brand new vertical are Prada, Valentino and Mugler, Ralph Lauren and Azzaro, at three Shoppers Stop locations across India — two in Recent Delhi and one in Mumbai. Saint Laurent and Maison Margiela Return to Paris Men’s

PARIS — All 81 events of the autumn 2023 Paris Men’s Week can be physical, in line with the provisional calendar published Friday by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode.  The menswear collections can be unveiled between Jan. 17 and Jan. 22, with 48 shows and 33 presentations, starting with Wales Bonner’s 5:30 p.m. show on the primary day.   As previously reported, Saint Laurent will return to Paris with a 9 p.m. show on Jan. 17 for its men’s collection. Fashion Retailer La Maison Simons Ends Controversial Campaign

A Canadian retailer’s controversial campaign that focused on euthanasia has come to a detailed. While messaging about end-of-life experiences and euthanasia aren’t routine for retailers, La Maison Simons, which is more commonly often known as Simons, had gone that route with a video. On Oct. 24 the corporate posted on its site a video titled “All Is Beauty.” The three-minute clip was posted ia day after the terminally ailing subject of it, 37-year-old Jennyfer Hatch, had taken her life. Within the clip she made a case for what is thought in Canada as “medical assistance in dying.” Hatch discussed life and death and the way she was searching for beauty, nature and connection in her final days.
