Designer Scott Ferguson looked to his lifelong hobby to create his functional outdoors brand On a regular basis Mountaineering, which made its debut this month. Ferguson, who has a background in advantageous arts, took a step toward fashion design two years ago when he began developing the genderless line with the intention to create elevated outerwear styles that might work in town or the mountains.
