The Well to Open Miami Residences Wellness destination The Well on Thursday said that it would open its first residential outpost in Bay Harbor Islands, Miami, in December 2024 in collaboration with Terra, a Miami-based real estate development company. The announcement follows the recent opening of The Well’s fourth location and second collaboration with Auberge at its Chileno Bay resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. The Well, which has outposts in Flatiron, Latest York City; Washington, Connecticut; Los Cabos, Mexico, and Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica, has nine recent locations within the pipeline including this multiuse concept. Journelle continues to lean into wellness.  The lingerie retailer plans to open an 8,000-square-foot global headquarters in Lower Manhattan — complete with a wellness center equipped with Journelle’s first beauty bar and med spa cosmetic services; the retailer’s flagship, selling lingerie, sleepwear and wellness products; an area for social gatherings, reminiscent of bridal and bachelorette parties, and the corporate’s head offices.  Lingerie and sleepwear inside a Journelle store. The Faherty Brand will open a flagship store in Latest York this week at 1175 Madison Avenue, between 86th and 87th Streets, marking the brand’s seventh unit in the town. The three,864-square-foot store, which is able to occupy an area formerly filled by Williams-Sonoma, is not going to only feature women’s, men’s and youngsters’s apparel, but can even include a brand-run coffee shop scheduled to begin brewing its own coffee (Sun & Waves), together with serving teas and pastries, in early spring. The Faherty Brand, which was founded by twin brothers Alex and Mike Faherty in 2013, started off in menswear, but women’s now accounts for 30 percent of the general business.
