Maybelline and Wattpad Partner for #BraveTogether Campaign – WWD
Maybelline and Wattpad have launched their second annual Brave Together campaign in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.  Through a series of writing prompts pertaining to the subject of self care, the campaign seeks to attract awareness to the shared mental health struggles of individuals worldwide, encouraging participants and members of the Wattpad community at large to not suffer in silence.   The campaign will run through the month of May, with one writing prompt being released each week. Camila Mendes Joins Loops Beauty as Creative Director, Partner
Tapping of-the-moment celebrities to buttress its creative direction has proved fruitful for Loops Beauty once before, and with its latest partnership, the skincare brand is hoping to strike gold a second time.  Loops, which was founded in 2020 by brand incubator Syllable in collaboration with content production house Shots Studio, has appointed “Riverdale” actress Camila Mendes as its partner and artistic director ahead of its launch at 450 Ulta Beauty doors Aug. 1.  “Nobody’s more tapped into culture than Camila,” said Colin Peek, chief creative officer of Syllable, who cofounded Loops alongside Aditya Julka. “She has such a keen eye and an incredible, astute taste for what is occurring within the skincare world.”  In her recent role, Mendes will support and advise the...

LVMH Signs on as Premium Partner of Paris 2024
PARIS – Capping months of speculation, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton on Monday signed on to grow to be a premium partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, guaranteeing the world’s biggest luxury group prime visibility throughout the planetary event, including its eagerly awaited opening ceremony. While LVMH didn't disclose the financial terms of the sponsorship deal, sources with knowledge of the matter said it had put 150 million euros on the table. Organizers are billing the Paris Games as “the largest event on the earth,” expected to attract 4 billion TV viewers, 13 million spectators and 20,000 journalists.
