Credo Beauty goes to school. Telfar, which launched an infinite preorder that ignored fashion’s logic of exclusivity and scarcity with the Bag Security Program in 2020, is switching gears. From June 16 to 18, Telfar will launch the fifth and final Bag Security Program, and it’s the last likelihood for shoppers to order any bag, in any size and any color, and have it custom made. Glossier, Black Girl Fest Bring Grant Program to the
Glossier isn’t just counting on retail to expand its reach. The U.S.-based beauty brand, which has opened latest retail doors in key markets in addition to kicked off its partnership with Sephora, is expanding its grant program for Black-owned brands to the U.K. in partnership with the culture festival Black Girl Fest. Applications open Monday and shut May 9. From there, five founders can be chosen for a ten,000 pound equity-free grant, and partake in a 12-week curriculum on scaling businesses with access to Glossier’s leadership team and external partners.
