Natural, By-subscription Personal Care Brand 900.care Raises 21M Euros
PARIS — Natural, refillable, by-subscription skincare and hygiene brand 900.care has raised 21 million euros. The funding round was led by Lombard Odier Investment Managers, alongside 900.care historic investors White Star Capital, Swen Blue Ocean and Founders Future. With the brand new funds the French brand’s founders Aymeric Grange and Thomas Arnaudo plan to step up 900.care’s internationalization in neighboring countries after successfully entering Belgium and Switzerland. The duo launched the brand in 2021 with the aim of converting consumers to refillable natural hygiene and care products, due to this fact eschewing single-use plastic. The natural products range from shower gels, toothpaste, deodorant and shampoo to laundry and dishwashing tablets. Nailboo Parent Company Raises Money, Plans Recent Nail Products
Underlining Beauty, the parent company of Nailboo, has raised a $6 million seed round that it plans to make use of to scale up the business. The round was led by Peter Warnøe and Christian Tarp at Nordic Eye Enterprise Capital, a fund in Denmark. With the capital, Underlining intends to expand its direct-to-consumer business, create more product lines and launch in retail.  At once Underlining operates three brands: TatBrow, Nailboo and Hide, a skincare line. The corporate relies in Miami, and was founded by Raz Romanescu. Shine Ventures has made its first seed investment. The angel investment firm for early-stage start-ups, founded by Jess Hunichen and Emily Ward, the cofounders of influencer talent management agency Shine Talent Group, has partnered with Minthub, a business-to-business company developing white-label products across intimate care, sexual health and well-being meant for use during various life stages.  Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Fragrance business Ellis Brooklyn has raised a $1 million seed round from Stage 1 Fund and Toni Ko, the founding father of NYX. Ellis makes eau de parfums, candles and body care.
