Carolina Herrera will present its very first resort runway show Thursday night at a personal residence in Rio de Janeiro, with a view of Guanabara Bay and Christ the Redeemer. The historic neighborhood of Santa Teresa, with its quaint winding streets and colonial-style mansions, is miles away from the Plaza Hotel ballroom in Latest York City where Wes Gordon has been showing the past two seasons. Sézane and Farm Rio Collaborate on Collection

Sézane, the apparel that began in Paris in 2013, has teamed with Farm Rio, the Brazilian fashion and lifestyle brand, on a collaboration. The gathering launches Sunday. The gathering can be comprised of 40 pieces codesigned by the 2 brands using eco-friendly materials. With an emphasis on prints, the road consists of playful dresses, rompers and matching separates. The tropical prints may also be found on a series of pieces from Sézane’s menswear brand, Octobre Editions. A dress from the Sézane and Farm Rio collaboration. Farm Rio Lands in Italy, Plots European Expansion

MILAN — It was hard to miss Farm Rio’s takeover of Rinascente here on Wednesday. Flamboyant installations shaped as tropical flowers and fruits topped the department store’s eight arched windows overlooking the enduring Duomo cathedral, while the Brazilian brand’s signature printed dresses stood against colourful crochet backdrops and sculptural props. Matching the mood-boosting set-up, inside an intensive temporary pop-up marked the brand’s launch within the Italian market, which builds on the international expansion plan the corporate set in motion in 2019.
