Your Favorite Beauties Were Front Row At Willy Chavarria’s
Getty Images / Gilbert Flores Just months ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election (and days before the primary Harris-Trump debate), one in all Latest York’s buzziest designers Willy Chavarria gave us a seat on the table for his SS25 show. Held in the town’s financial district—across from the Trump constructing and NYSE—his latest collection titled “América” referenced each traditional codes and the wonder in diverse humanity. From squared Grace Jones hair shapes and barbed wire braids to a masculine skin finish with leather eyeliner, the large 65-look show unified minority communities. “It looks like the variety we would really like to see sitting on the table here in America,” hairstylist Joey George tells ESSENCE.  Paloma Elsesser backstage at Willy Chavarria RTW Spring 2025...

Celebs Flock to Dior’s Front Row, and More Events

Celebs Flock to Dior’s Front Row, and More Events
FAN FRENZY: It’s somewhat fitting that the Rugby World Cup fan zone is about up at Place de la Concorde, just outside of the tent where Dior held its show, as getting through the crowds to the venue was a full contact sport and inside was a celeb scrum. Front Row at Paris Men’s Fashion Week With Taeyang,
Weird Is the Recent Cool: Do you would like a lightweight? Rick Owens gave guests several as he set free a popping firework show over the Palais de Tokyo, which resulted in guests being covered in ash. It made for an ethereal runway effect, if a smoky front row. It was quite the beginning to the day for Teyana Taylor, who was affected by jet lag and woke up just half-hour before the show was scheduled to start out. It set her right into a little bit of a fashion frenzy. “He’s one in all the major reasons I’m even here. I used to be like, ‘I gotta come,’” she said. “Everybody who knows me knows how much I like Rick. I’m like...
