Things are fairly quiet within the tropics, but FOX 13 Meteorologist Tony Sadiku says there are signs that things are starting to heat up. Sadiku says potential tropical cyclone 4 never earned a reputation and has dissipated. Sadiku is specializing in the Atlantic where a tropical wave is rolling off the coast of Africa. He says it has a 20 percent probability of developing over the subsequent five days. He says it has been 48 days because the last named storm.
