Once again… Nothing good happens after midnight. SUGGESTION: Make last call for alcohol at 11:30 PM. Stop serving all alcohol at midnight. Midnight until closing, serve water, soda, coffee only. Bars can open earlier, bands can play earlier, and everyone can go home safer.
