Ahead of the discharge of Netflix’s The Crown Season 5, Elizabeth Debicki takes Vogue through Princess Diana’s 20 most memorable looks, from the infamous revenge dress to her first British Vogue cover within the ’80s featuring chandelier diamond earrings.

When asked for her favourite look, Debicki opted for Diana’s blazer, jeans and cowboy boots ensemble from the Guards Polo Club in Windsor (1988): “That is what I feel we expect of when we expect of Diana within the ‘90s. The cowboy boots are incredible; we had these remade — I used to be obsessive about them. She was probably the primary Royal to ever wear a baseball cap in public. Simply to see a Royal off-duty and make it so cool. I feel it’s a lot a way that she made all the alternatives herself”.
